This project is not an official update or redesign of the SeaBank Mobile Application. This project was made to complete the Platinum Level challenge in Binar’s UI/UX Designer Bootcamp course from 08/01/2024 until 03/03/2024 (2 months).

Overview

The project aims to enhance SeaBank's market competitiveness within a 2-month timeline, from January 8th to March 3rd, 2024.

Despite SeaBank's 8.2% market share in Indonesia's banking industry, its lack of a Physical Card feature for banking transactions, as highlighted by critical comments and 737 suggestions on the Play Store, is a notable gap. Concerns arise from the PRD's lack of thorough validation and the limited representation of Physical Card-related reviews, constituting only 0.1% of the total. This prompts a rigorous validation process to ensure the proposed debit card feature aligns with user needs, enhancing SeaBank's competitiveness and user satisfaction.
